NVA General Practice
The NVA Field Operations Team
Meeting the Needs of Our Hospitals
You don’t need a veterinary degree to be a part of NVA, just the desire to make a difference, a leader’s vision, a learner’s curiosity, and a heart for serving and equipping others so that they can truly shine. As part of our Field Operations team, you’ll ensure each of our hospital sites has everything they need to provide the highest level of pet and client care and a healthy, productive culture. From resources, to equipment, to opportunities, your efforts to support your teams will set the stage for incredible acts of innovation, compassion, and care.
Leading Others Toward Success: Director of Operations
Our Directors of Operations (Division Leader-DL) play a critical role in the success of our hospital sites and NVA. These individuals are top-caliber, elite leaders who have proven their skills, drive, and vision through strategic, collaborative, and improvement-focused management.
Like their teams, NVA Directors are equipped and empowered to perform at the highest level, including autonomy and full ownership of their portfolio. They are encouraged to think strategically and make decisions that are right for their hospitals and teams, including those that positively impact operational effectiveness and efficiency, while supporting each site’s unique culture and identity. Most importantly, our Directors are leaders who prioritize and support their teams to ensure sustainable success, and are dedicated to doing not just what’s best for business, but what is best for pets and the people who love them.
