NVA is a special place. We are a community of general practice hospitals that allow veterinarians to serve their local communities and form lifelong bonds with pets and their families while enjoying the benefits and support of a larger organization. Our veterinarians and hospital care teams are the most dedicated, caring, and hard-working people I know, and I am honored to support them. The teams I lead—field operations, recruiting, and operational excellence—work together to allow veterinary professionals to achieve their goals and dreams while providing the best care possible for every patient.

I hold a bachelor’s degree (and a love for Hoosiers basketball) from Indiana University and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business. Over the past decade, I’ve grown to love the veterinary industry. The hospital teams who work tirelessly every day in demanding, stressful roles inspire me. Ultimately, I love helping people, and I am here to support them and their work.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, our two Bernese mountain dogs, Moose and Norman, and our Great Pyrenees mix, Maggie. I also enjoy playing golf and racquet sports and watching movies.
