We collaborate on specific issues that impact our region and band together to handle overflow while being a sounding board for innovative revenue ideas. We borrow staff, doctors, and even the occasional product from each other to continue providing top-notch care. I'm always happy to help—and it doesn't hurt that many of my fellow HMs are the coolest people ever."

"I make it a priority to connect with my fellow HMs whenever possible—whether visiting their hospitals or having them stop by mine. I stay available and make sure everyone has my contact info. Sometimes a simple check-in text or call makes all the difference. I also love meeting for breakfast or lunch every month or two with no agenda—just a relaxed, stress-free chance to share what we're seeing, how we're feeling, and support one another."
