Jennifer Lillie, CVT,  earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point in 2010 before graduating from the Madison College Veterinary Technician Program in 2014. She began her career at Shorewood Animal Hospital, an AAHA-accredited small animal general practice in Milwaukee, WI, where she soon took on additional leadership roles, including Lead Emergency Coordinator, OSHA Safety Officer, and Social Media Manager. In addition to becoming a Certified RECOVER Rescuer, Jennifer expanded her expertise in 2024 by earning a Certificate in Practice Management from Penn Foster University. Now, as Division Training Coordinator, Jennifer is dedicated to using her diverse skill set to enhance patient care and support veterinary professionals in small animal practice. veterinary professionals in small animal practice.
