The operations teams I lead focus on the needs of the hospitals: removing obstacles, solving problems, and helping them build environments where our veterinary talent can thrive. As thought partners, we work with our hospital leaders to help them grow their business and handle the pain points of managing a hospital so they can focus on delivering exceptional pet care and client experiences.

Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about creating collaborative teams that help each other grow and succeed. As an operator, I’ve managed multi-site operations, having previously overseen 400+ sites and successfully led a brand turnaround. Nothing makes me happier than watching a veterinarian achieve their dream of business ownership or a technician work their way into a hospital manager role or beyond. Through medical independence and an entrepreneurial mindset, we empower our hospital leaders to excel, allowing me to combine my two passions: people and animals.

When I'm not supporting our hospitals, you'll find me hiking with our 30-pound pittie mix rescue Harley, playing games of all kinds (strategy, sport, etc.), or prioritizing wellness through yoga and sauna/cold plunge sessions. I live outside of Seattle with my husband Roger, Harley (who must have a fuzzy blanket at all times), and Chinook, our cat who loves walks more than Harley.
