My passion for people began with studying philology, HR and social policy, culminating in an MBA in International Management. I started my career in HR consulting, where I helped global companies enhance their people programs. A passion for patient-centered missions led me to the veterinary industry a decade ago.

Originally from Prague, Czech Republic, I now call Washington, D.C. home. I live with my two sons and our lovable Labrador Retriever, Cookie. Outside of work, I’m a proud hockey mom, and enjoy reading and running an international book club. I’m also constantly seeking opportunities to practice one of the five languages I speak (almost six)!
