My teams help our hospitals access the tools, services, and products they need to better serve pet parents and their communities. We identify and drive growth initiatives like eCommerce and pet Wellness Plans while exploring new opportunities that create meaningful impact across our network of veterinary hospitals.

What I love most about NVA is how we operate as a network of 1,000 hospitals that actively share ideas and learn from each other every day. I'm energized when everyone around me is equally motivated to help our organization move forward. As a leader, I'm passionate about helping our people reach their full potential by thinking outside the box, leaning into innovation, and embracing continuous learning.

I studied business at the University of Virginia and earned my MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. I live in North Carolina with my family and our very typical Goldendoodle, Emmie, who's practically attached to my hip and demands pets and belly rubs multiple times per hour. When I'm not working, you'll find me coaching youth soccer and lacrosse, enjoying live music, or tinkering in the garage.
