The Marketing and Client Service Center teams develop informative, compelling messages that strengthen awareness, trust, and advocacy for our local veterinarians. We create easy-to-implement marketing strategies and programs that help hospitals engage pet parents and attract new clients. Our goal is to simplify marketing efforts for hospital teams, allowing them to focus on delivering exceptional client and patient care.

I believe the most meaningful work happens when businesses bring joy to people's lives. I've spent nearly two decades building this expertise in the fast-paced retail industry, specializing in insights, strategy, and marketing. At Target, I drove significant growth in the Grocery business and led the development of what became the Target Circle loyalty platform. I'm energized by finding where human truth and brand truth intersect—that's where the magic happens.

When I'm not working, you'll find me cheering on my kids at countless sports events or exploring the outdoors through jogging and skiing. Originally from Eugene, Oregon (TrackTown USA), I now live in Minnetonka, Minnesota (the state of hockey) with my family and our English Cream Golden Retriever, Finn, who loves to join group hugs.
